Training Program

The Institute offers various levels of trainings, ranging from short-term competency courses to long-term graduate professional development courses. There are also tailor-made courses offered on request of the client organization. The design of these various levels of trainings, whether regular or tailor-made, meets the demand of the participants in the use of the State-of-the-Art technology and modern facilities employed by highly qualified institutional and adjunct faculty staff. The Institute ensures that the client receives the highest quality service within the designated budget.  The latest tools and techniques, accordingly, are used during training, and trainees develop new skills and action plans ready for implementation.

 Short-Term Competency Courses   

The Short-Term competency courses are strategically designed to build and strengthen the core competencies of participants who may have already been in active service. Although these courses are traditionally non-examinable, participants are drilled through series of practical exercises and case studies, 70% satisfactory completion of which forms the basis for the award of the required Certificate.

 Long-Term Professional Development Courses

Professional Development courses are examinable courses offered at both certificate and diploma levels. To be admitted into each of these program levels, participants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree or must have completed all academic requirements for the award of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. In addition to this basic academic requirement, participants must have had considerable years of work experience in the field or related work area. The award of the relevant certificate or diploma for each program level is based upon the satisfactory completion of all course work.
